Our Public Relations
Officer and her Assistant work very hard on many different and often
challenging activities. They are supported by a group of faithful
volunteers who make sure that they have some fun whilst collecting
or selling. You name it, we do it!
We are often asked to support individuals or groups in sponsored
events and we do this gladly. Again, we can use the Gift Aid system.
Anyone interested should contact us for the sponsor form.
New ideas are always welcome as are new Fund-raisers! Is this
something you would like to do? You can help as little or as often
as you are able.
Our regular activities include Voices for Hospices, fashion shows,
and a Gala Fun Day held in June – we order the weather early for
this!
Our Public Relations Officer is also very happy to talk to groups
about the hospice. This includes 6th formers and she has regular
contact with most of the local schools. Hopefully these will be our
future fund-raisers! All talks are free of charge.
BEAUMOND HOUSE 100 CLUB!
Join now and have a chance to win £100 every month
£2 a month doesn’t buy much these days, but it will help us to
continue to give care, comfort, help and support to those people
suffering with cancer and other long term progressive illnesses in
the Newark area.
Beaumond House Community Hospice in Newark is predominantly funded
by charitable donations. We have relied on the support and
generosity of the Newark population since 1987.

100 club. |
Whilst the aim of our
100 club is to raise as much money as possible for the
Hospice, it also enables us to give something back, in the form of a
monthly cash prize.
This is our way of saying THANK YOU for your support.
Do you feel Lucky?
The Beaumond House 100 Club draw
is a monthly draw to be held on the first Friday in every month.
It will cost you just £2 per month, every month for which you will
be allocated a number
(You may purchase more than one number).
Every month one number will be drawn from our paying members for a
chance to win £100!
All profits go to the care of patients within Beaumond House and the
surrounding community.

As the club
grows and we sell more numbers, we can then add more cash
prizes to each monthly draw. So make sure you tell your
friends! |
How to join
1. Decide how many numbers per month you would like to buy. You may
hold as many as you like at a cost of £2 per number per month.
2. Fill in a standing order form for
the required amount and return it to: Beaumond House Community
Hospice, FREEPOST (MID08018), 32 London Road, Newark, Notts NG24 4BR
3. It takes about 2 weeks for your
entry to be processed. You will then receive notification of your
number(s) and the next draw date.
4. Winners’ cheques will be
automatically forwarded to the lucky winners within 7 days of the
draw.
