Hospice at Home
Beaumond House provides a supportive palliative care service to people living in their own homes during the day and overnight.
The Hospice at Home team provide care to enable patients to remain at home and maintain a comfortable quality of life in their own familiar surroundings. The team can help with personal care, emotional support and advice and support for carers and families at home. They will discuss your needs and preferences and develop a care plan with you.
Our Hospice at Home team can discuss issues which may be having an impact on your life. They have a good understanding of what may help and work closely with other help care professionals who may be involved in your care.
