Beaumond House Community Hospice is a registered charity and has been open since 1992. In our commitment to provide supportive palliative care to patients with life limiting or long term conditions, we seek to offer a home from home atmosphere within the house.
We work alongside each patients' own GP, Primary Health Care Teams and Macmillan Nurses to achieve the best possible package of care.
