• 1130 Nights of respite care
• 401 New patient referrals
• 434 Sessions of complementary therapy
• 386 Items loaned from walking frames to electric recliner chairs and motorised mobility scooters
• £790,000 worth of benefits to our patients & carers through 634 sessions Welfare Benefits Advice
• 24/7 Helpline providing support and advice

All at no cost to our patients

To provide care and support to patients and their families, Beaumond House requires over £700,000 every year. 25% of this is provided by the NHS. However, 75% (around £500,000) of our income comes from the generosity of the general public and local businesses throughout Newark and district.

We attempt to raise money from a variety of sources, running many campaigns, challenges and events throughout the year.

Beaumond House is very careful that all fundraising initiatives have a good return on investment. Many if not all of our fundraising activities are kindly supported by local businesses or local individuals, so in essence cost Beaumond House relatively little. Most of the time we benefit fully from the amount raised.

We are exceptionally grateful to all who help make our fundraising so successful. Without these people and the incredible generosity of the Newark people, we could not continue to provide the care that we do.
