Light up a life 2012
We would like to invite you to be part of our Light up a Life
Campaign by dedicating a light to someone you love.
A heartfelt commemoration
All it takes is a donation to Beaumond House Community Hospice to dedicate a glowing Christmas
light to that special person. And if your gift is for £5 or more, you will receive a remembrance lantern
with space for a personal message to keep and display. With a donation of £20 or more, as well as your
remembrance lantern, you will receive a beautiful star photo frame to hang on your Christmas Tree.
All names and dedications will be entered in our Book of Remembrance which will be on display at
Beaumond House from Sunday 2nd December until Twelfth Night.
What to do?
It couldn’t be easier; all you have to do is download and complete our ‘Light up a Life’ Light up a Life donation form. Return it to us with your donation and the name and message you’d like to be put in the
Book of Remembrance and you will be sent your lantern or beautiful star photo frame.
You can also hand
in your donation and dedication details at either of the two Beaumond House Community Hospice shops
at Newark and Southwell or into the hospice reception. Alternatively you can donate online at www.justgiving.com/BeaumondHouseLUAL2012
Light Switch on and Service
