Beaumond House operates a needs met service through tailored
individual packages of care and including:
Respite care short term, usually one to two weeks.
Day care Mondays through to Fridays
Care in the community (in the patients own home)
Equipment loans quickly available in emergencies
Benefits advice a confidential and individual service
Carer and bereavement support groups.
General support and advice
All services are available
for
those who have a life threatening or limiting illness, for example,
cancer, motor neurone disease, multiple sclerosis or chronic lung
disease.
