We invite you to turn the place bright blue for Beaumond House this October! Can you help us raise £10,000 for two new beds and matresses?
Please support our Be Bright Blue Bed Appeal to raise funds for an electronic profiling adjustable hospital bed for patient comfort at our hospice. Because we believe that the care we provide is second to none and that it should be available to everyone who would like to be supported by us we are asking people to turn Blue during or campaign week, 9th – 15th October. We can only achieve that dream with the continued support of people like you, which is why we are asking if you will support our Be Bright Blue Bed appeal. The right bed can make a huge difference to someone who is having to spend a lot of time there and two of our beds here at Beaumond House are in urgent need of replacement. A replacement bed and mattress will cost around £5,000 and we need two of each. This is why this year we are focusing our Be Bright Blue campaign and appeal on raising the funds we urgently need to buy this equipment.
*** Come and visit our stand in Newark Market Square on Saturday 14th October to take part in our balloon pop competition. Pop a balloon from our car and win a prize every time, with chance to win a special prize by popping a balloon with glitter in. There will also be blue cakes and blue face painting available! ***
