Your Experience Matters

Complaints

Although most people accessing our care services receive excellent support, sometimes things can be improved.  We would like to add that if for any reason you are not happy with the care or treatment you receive you have the right to complain, to have your complaint investigated and be given a full and prompt reply.  

We welcome feedback on your experience of our care services. Your comments, compliments and concerns will help us to learn from your experiences and to continually improve what we do and how we do it.  There are many ways to feedback including completion and submission of a short form (copies of which are available at reception or which can be downloaded here.)

We also have the friends and family test for people to complete. This indicates how likely you are to recommend our service and gives the opportunity for comments. This can be done anonymously if you prefer. This can be accessed here or there are copies in our reception area.
