Update on Wills
Wills are legal documents that deal with your assets when you pass away.
If you do not have a Will, your Estate will be distributed under the Intestacy rules, which are not made for modern day living.
Those family members that are not protected are unmarried partners and step children.
By making a Will you can chose who your Estate passes to.
If you already have a Will you should review this from time to time to ensure your wishes are still the same.
