Supporting Health Care at Beaumond House: Bladder Scanner Appeal
A BladderScan gives our patients a speedier diagnosis without having the inconvenience and discomfort of having to travel to hospital. The machine reduces the need for invasive procedures by enabling easier urinary tract diagnoses. Scanning has the added advantage of helping to reduce the need for uncomfortable and stressful catheterization too.
A replacement scanner will afford patients the very best new technology has to offer.
The hospice’s original scanner is now ready for replacing. The total cost of a new Verathon BladderScan i10 International is £13,775 of which we have £10,000 but we urgently need your help to enable us to meet this shortfall.
